For its Philadelphia location, Five Iron Golf, an indoor golf club that started in New York City, hired MMB to complete an interior fit-out featuring high-tech golf simulators and a cozy bar. MMB worked with Five Iron from start to finish including the planning stage, budgeting, and assisting in developing design concepts.

The wood-clad bar and suspended center ceiling provide a warm contrast to the industrial feel of the polished concrete flooring and high open ceilings.
